Indeed everyone wants to be great but not everyone has what it takes to be great and not everyone is willing to pay the price to attain some levels of greatness. A number of people really have it in them to be great, but they are not just willing or capable to give what it takes to get there. Some just sit around and day-dream about the kind of greatness they want, they expect that it will just come to them. While I believe in the activities of supernatural forces capable of acting against the progress of man, I also believe that man himself could be and most times is the cause of his own failure. What a man does or doesn’t definitely determines what direction a man goes on the path of greatness and to what extent he can go. This brings to principles that point one in the way of greatness. In the journey of life, it is essential to discover one’s self. Self-discovery is the very first step in the journey towards fulfilment. It gives you a clear picture of who you are and who you’re meant to be. Without discovering fir yourself, who you are, you cannot make any significant progress in life and in destiny. That was the question this beautiful friend of mine "Doja" asked me on that lovely Monday morning as we walked towards our respective places of assignment. This wasn't a strange question, but I wonder why I couldn't give her a straight answer. Here is what I found out, I hope it speaks to someone reading this. My first encounter with Muyiwa Adigun was in 2017, November I think. That was at a relationship program organised by my fellowship. I have never met someone who could teach the dynamics and wisdom of relationships with such simplicity, practicality and wisdom like him. It was amazing listening to him.
