AM I CALLED?

Have you ever thought about the fact that all Christians have been called onto one purpose or the other? Have you ever thought about the fact that you have the call of God upon your life? And that you are anointed?

I think the problem is that we have limited the concept of ministry and anointing to the pulpit, forgetting that all persons created cannot and will not be behind the pulpit.
This has in a way hindered the progress of the church and the fulfillment of our purposes.

Ministry is not limited to the five-fold, not everyone is going to be a Pastor, Teacher, Prophet, Evangelist or an Apostle. Ephesians 4:10-13. The bible said He gave "some to be"... And that some are entrusted with the responsibility of building up the body of Christ in the unity of Faith until we all attain the whole measure of the fulness of Christ.

Now there are other aspects of God's call and ministry asides the fivefold, which God has prepared for us all, and this has been brilliantly embedded in our purposes by God. That is we are supposed to find out what exactly he has called us to and start working towards achieving it. Romans 12:6-8. This scripture says that we have been given different gifts according to the measure of Faith given unto us, examples being, The ministry of teaching, administration, encouragement, giving, help, leadership among others, and the scripture goes further to say that we should use this gifts according to the measure of the proportion of our faith. And this is in no way detached from " our everyday lives". In reality, it is our life.

Every christian has been called into one ministry or the other, to fulfil one purpose or the other. So, find out about the ministry God has called you to, then answer the call, fulfill purpose according to the measure of your faith.

We don't have all the time in the world to keep wondering. We have to get to the business of doing. In the kingdom, business is not left to the pastors alone, ever wondered why the Deacons were appointed in those days?

Hey there! Let's talk about hope. Are you at your lowest and it seems like you're never going to come out of that situation?
